The author, Scott Adams, had just died two days ago and was still fresh in my mind. On my way out of Samuel’s Public Library, I dropped by the used book store operated by the Friends of Samuel’s Library, which went by the name, Epilogue. I saw two of these books next to each other in the back corner: Dogbert’s Big Book of Business – Build a Better Life by Stealing Office Supplies, and Dogbert’s Clues for the Clueless. Each book was fifty cents.
The corners and spine had some wear, but I hadn’t seen any markings that the book had gone through circulation at the library. Inside, I found that the book was separated into 16 categories and had a nice historical account of the foundations of etiquette. Each page has four panels.
It’s just a lot of small giggling, browsing through the strips. Since it’s dog-themed, I may place the books in my little free library once I’m done.
