Supervisors OK permit for warehouse, storage yard

During the Warren County Board of Supervisors meeting, I spoke at the public hearing for a short-term tourist rental at 137 Wendy Hill Road in direct response to a supervisor’s comment from a prior hearing that neighbors play a major role in these decisions. I urged the county to clearly tell applicants upfront that if their property doesn’t meet setback requirements, they need documented consent from neighboring property owners. The permit was ultimately approved unanimously, and my remarks became part of the official record alongside the county’s broader zoning and development actions that night.
