Circuit Dream Records | Executive Producer / Author | July 18, 2025 | The Bard of Bizarre
Engineered a 16-track narrative concept album using generative AI (Riffusion/Producer AI) and LLMs for lyrical composition and rhythmic structure. Managed the end-to-end production lifecycle, including IP licensing, global digital distribution via DistroKid to 20+ platforms (Spotify, Apple Music), and the creation of synchronized metadata and brand assets.
The Project: re: Cubicle 13
re: Cubicle 13 is a tragicomedy concept album that personifies the mundane horrors of corporate life. From malevolent printers chanting in hex code to the existential dread of a microwave timer, the album uses 16 distinct musical genres to track the psychological descent of an office worker over a single 24-hour cycle.

The World vs. Cubicle 13
Time is a Flat Liar
The Technical Process
- Generative Composition: Utilized Riffusion (Producer AI) to synthesize vocals and instrumentation. This required deep experimentation with phonetic spelling (e.g., “sinked” vs “synched”) and ASCII-to-audio translations to bypass generative limitations.
- Lyrical Engineering: Leveraged Large Language Models (LLMs) to refine rhythmic syllables and ensure narrative continuity across tracks, creating a “recurring character” feel for inanimate objects like a cracked phone and a sentient couch.
- Enhanced User Engagement: By embedding time-stamped metadata, I enabled “Karaoke-style” scrolling lyrics on mobile platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music), allowing for a deeper connection between the audience and the narrative-heavy content.
- Visual Identity: Developed the “Bard of Bizarre” brand identity using DeepAI for logo synthesis and CapCut for music video production, applying the “5-second rule” for visual pacing and engagement.
- Global Distribution: Navigated the legalities of AI-generated music licensing and managed global deployment via DistroKid, successfully placing the album on major streamers including Spotify, Amazon Music (Alexa-integrated), and Apple Music.
- Centralized Web Hub: Developed a dedicated website to act as the primary “source of truth,” hosting lyrics, technical backstories, and direct links to streaming platforms.
- Multi-Channel Social Presence: Launched and managed synchronized profiles on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter). This required tailoring content for each platform—utilizing short-form video for TikTok and more detailed “behind-the-scenes” narrative posts for Facebook and the website.
- Lead-Time Management: Set a firm “Street Date” several weeks in advance to allow for platform ingestion, metadata verification, and store-side processing.
- Pre-Release Marketing: Utilized the lead time to run a “countdown” campaign on TikTok and Instagram, leveraging pre-save links to “warm up” the Spotify and Apple Music algorithms prior to launch.
- Simultaneous Deployment: Coordinated the release across 20+ international streaming services (Spotify, Pandora, Tidal, etc.) to ensure that search queries and voice commands (e.g., Alexa/Amazon Music) were functional on day one.
- Asset Readiness: Prepared social media “Day-Of” kits including synchronized lyrics and promotional video clips to maintain a high-frequency posting schedule during the critical 72-hour launch window.
- Product Development: Designed a line of 4 unique products—including “My Mug Hates Mornings Too” kitchenware and “Choose a Temperature, You Coward” apparel—directly inspired by the album’s personified characters and narrative themes.
- On-Demand Logistics: Leveraged a print-on-demand model to ensure high-quality fulfillment with zero inventory risk, demonstrating a lean approach to global brand scaling.
AI-Driven Brand Identity

The Bard of Bizarre visual identity was developed using DeepAI to bridge the gap between traditional performance art and a digital-first musical persona.
- Prompt Engineering: Leveraged iterative prompting to generate a “vintage circus shield” crest. The design features a rooster head at the crest—wearing glasses to signify a blend of the analytical and the absurd.
Thematic Merchandising: From Lyrics to Life
To bring the “Bard of Bizarre” universe into the physical world, I developed a curated set of four “Hero Products” via Zazzle. Each item was chosen to personify a specific moment of the album’s narrative:
- “My Mug Hates Mornings Too” (Kitchenware): A physical extension of the track “The Cursed Brewer’s Soliloquy.”
- “Choose A Temperature You Coward” (Apparel): A high-engagement slogan from the microwave-themed track.
- “Cubicle Descent of Deadlines” (Office Decor): A wall clock representing the album’s overarching theme of time-induced dread.
- “Denied” (Office Supplies): A custom rubber stamp inspired by the printer-possession narrative in “Sent to Print.”
This approach allowed for a “low-overhead, high-impact” brand presence, demonstrating an ability to translate digital themes into tangible consumer products.
