Big Time Killer: A Time Reporting Assistant

This ARPC presentation introduced Big Time Killer, or BTK, as a helper utility for time reporting. The idea was to make time entry less painful by tracking details outside of Big Time, reducing lost data, improving comments, and making common tasks easier to record.

The slides describe how BTK could support developers and pair programming by allowing quick task tracking, recent task lists, encrypted SQLite storage, Dropbox-based file sharing, and separate files for each pair’s initials. It is a small internal productivity tool with a very honest name.
