FHA elects officers

SHORT GAP – The Frankfort High School Future Homemakers of America has recently elected officers for the year “to correlate programs and activities for the organization.”
Announcement of the new officers was made by Becky Lewis, president of the organization.
Vice president will be Denise Sachs, while secretary will be Danayle Cox. Serving as treasurer will be Lewis Moten.
The officers have kicked off the year’s first community project by installing a box for food for the needy at the school. FHA members have been asked to donate non-perishable items to be used in food baskets.
A “Toys for Happiness” collection was also undertaken by the officers.
