After an hour of fishing, I've come into 23rd place. My guess is that there are only 23 people fishing. Interesting fun. I caught a few extra things like an inflatable fish and a waste basket. Rumor from other folks is that you can assemble them with other parts to create a hot-air fish balloon to ride around the island. The blueprints to build it are hard to acquire though.
