Cyrus Huffhines advertised to a select few that he was tiering down and had a prime piece of real estate available. It bordered a road and had a nice waterfront. The astounding thing about this land was its neighbors. I already knew Acedia Albion covering most of the Bolinas sim. Across the road was a parcel owned by the libsecondlife folks. The land was first going for 50k, and then dropped to 25k L$ (about 100 US$). Covering 1824 sq. m., that brought the price down to 13.7 L$ / sq. m.
