I have heard of many big corporate companies comming into Second Life. I have been wondering what they get out of these virtual worlds. Is the target simply just marketing and public relations? I hopped on over to Cisco Systems Four Sims. Rite from the beginning, you are presented with a map identifying some of the major sights to see. Things started to fall into place. Executive Briefing Center, A training Center. Human Network Pavilion, Technology Center, Forum, Partner Pavilion, Bandwidth Stage, Mobility Solutions, Data Center, and the list goes on. They seem to be reall big into using SL to its fullest potential. I need to check out some of the events that they are hosting.
