When I changed all of my existing JEVN vendors over to OnRez vendors, I went through a major recategorization of all of my servers items. The problem is that no one really seemed to realize that my vendors were categorized. They would wonder about and just assume they couldn't find something. The OnRez vendors offer a search capability to search accross all of my servers regardless of category, but customers who couldn't find things never seemed to be aware of its presense or just didn't use it. I probably should have done this from the beginning, but I just completed making images to label each vendors category. Hopefully it will make my customers experience much more pleasant.
