Nice hand-crafted board! I’ve loved Pente since the early ’80’s, and have recently returned to playing it after a short(reaccuring) period of Chess fever(many chess players like the game). Gary Gabrel(creator) released both a wooden and a glass deluxe(rare) version board in the ’80’s- along with the tube & folding board versions. I’ve had ideas for my own boards(still keeping with the "ancient/classical Greek" design- including a faux white marble board w/ gold grid lines. I think it could really look beautiful!
