The ever so friendly greeting….
Greetings visitor and welcome to my site. Since I am the main attraction here, I will introduce myself. My full name is Lewis Edward Moten III, but many know me as simply “Lewie”.

Computer Background
I had started out with an Atari 400 using both BASIC and PILOT to program with. The schools I had attended also had a fair share of different computers to work with. Texas Instruments, Tandy, and Apple computers were some of the platforms I had worked with. In my Junior year in High School my family aquired a 286 with a soaring 12 MHz processor. Every two years after that, I had purchased my own computer. My most recent computer had been built piece-by-piece through mail-order catalogs, on-line computer shopping, on-line auctions, and picking up a few pieces at computer shows. At this time, I have my own LAN network running many different services to experiment with while I am not at work such as Windows NT, Sequal Server, Internet Information Server, Proxy Server, and Transaction Server.

Artistic Background
I would have to give it all up to the Legos. Besides Legos, I grew up with a lot of tools around me to play with and a father who liked to help out. I took shop classes and architech classes in high school and went over to the vo-tech school for carpentry. After high school I attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and took Industrial Design. I learned everything from making blue prints to creating foam latex masks, to animating a bee flying through a 3D computer generated world. I had also lived with room mates from other courses in school and started learning from them as well.

Internet/On-Line Background
In colledge, I started hosting my own BBS using anything from Wildcat, to Major BBS, to Renegade. A year after hosting a BBS, I signed up for the internet and started browsing the web. The best part of the internet was just being able to talk over IRC. Later on when Windows 95 came out, things started getting better. Microsoft and Netscape had some pretty good browsers out and the web pages started looking better and gopher was starting to lose its presence on the web. I started to slowly become interested in finding out how it was all done and found myself with 200 kb of web space on Tripod. As time went by and the browsers got better, I slowly became a master of HTML, CSS, jScript, vbScript, and DHTML.

Lookin for love?
For those of you who just need to know (I know who you are!), My sun sign and moon sign are both Gemini. I am 5′-10″ tall, have blue eyes, brown hair, weigh close to 200 pounds with a shoe size of 13 wide. My favorite colors are blue and silver and sometimes green. My favorite food is pizza and stuffed shells. The music that just rocks would be “The Cure” with a side of “Tool”.
